SacramentsOutward Signs of God's Grace
The sacraments are outward signs of God's grace to help us grow in holiness and aid us in living as disciples of Jesus Christ. As Catholics we believe in the real presence of Jesus Christ in the sacrament of the Eucharist. It is the source and summit of our faith where we gather each week to unite ourselves with the sacrificial love of Christ. Mass:
Mass is celebrated on campus during the school year on Sundays at 4 pm in the Sweeney Chapel on South Campus and Wednesdays at 5 pm in Jordan Hall 242.
Reconciliation:
Our chaplain is available to hear confessions at the following times:- Before Mass on Sundays 3-3:50 pm in South Campus
- Tuesdays during Adoration, 7-8 pm in South Campus
- Wednesday afternoons on campus, location and time vary, please check groupme for more info
- By appointment
Eucharistic Adoration:
Adoration is held on campus on Tuesdays from 7-8 pm in Sweeney Chapel (South Campus). At St. Thomas Aquinas, just a few blocks from campus, there is Adoration every Tuesday from 5-6 pm.
Becoming Catholic:
If you have questions about becoming Catholic, wish to receive the sacrament of Confirmation, or enter the Catholic Church through The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (or RCIA), please contact Cheyenne Johnson
